Handling time (made to order)
Many of our parts are 3D printed to order. Please allow 1–2 business days for printing and dispatch before the delivery estimate begins.
Tracking
Tracking is included on all shipping options. When your order ships you will receive tracking details so you can follow your parcel.
Carrier
All orders, domestic and international, are shipped with Australia Post.
Customs, import duties and taxes
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Portugal and Finland: import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, and we pay them to customs on your behalf. That means there should normally be nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.
All other destinations: your order may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are the buyer's responsibility, are not included in our prices or shipping charges, and are payable on delivery. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Currency
All prices and shipping charges are in Australian dollars (AUD). Your bank or card provider may convert the amount to your local currency and may charge a conversion fee.
Address accuracy
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the recipient's name. We are not liable for orders delivered to a wrong address or person because of incomplete or incorrect details.
Lost or damaged parcels
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at sales@ir-engineer.com so we can make it right.
If your parcel hasn't arrived and is well past its estimated delivery time, please check your tracking first, then get in touch and we'll help you look into it.
If a parcel goes missing because of a mistake on our side, such as an incorrect address label or a packing error, we'll reship your order at no cost. In all other cases, please contact Australia Post or lodge a claim through the carrier, and we'll gladly help with any order details you need.
Returns
See our Return Policy (www.ir-engineer.com/return-policy): 30 days from receipt to request a return, with a 14-day cooling-off period for orders shipped to the European Union. Custom products and special orders cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
